Social Media + PR Specialist 

The Life Style Edit is a digital and content agency specialising in the lifestyle, consumer goods and  travel industries.

 

We are looking for a new gem to join the team of legends. If you're a Social Media and PR specialist who loves what you do and enjoys thinking outside of the box - we want you! 🙌

 

You:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar in-house or agency role 

  • Love what you do

  • Want to work with great support around you but just get on and do your job

  • Love working with clients and face to face

  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Copywriting skills, please be a good speller

  • Have attention to detail 

  • Enjoying building relationships with your team and your clients

  • Show initiative and be self motivated

  • Know how to manage your time and clients time effectively 

  • Have the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on multiple projects at any one time

  • Have an understanding of the importance of a great aesthetic 

  • Think outside the box

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Use your  knowledge to run successful social media accounts for our clients across all social media platforms including Planning, Production, Publishing and community management  and  manage  content,  caption writing, account development, monthly reporting + client liaison

  • Assist with copywriting and editorial content for newsletters, blogs, website content, and interview opportunities for owned marketing channels

  • Work closely with all members of the TLSE team and contribute to ideation and client development

  • Perform basic media relations co-ordination, including creating media lists; conducting media research; updating media database 

  • Understand what makes a good story and how to secure top tier coverage 

  • Excellent writing skills and experience in producing comms materials such as press releases, news stories, articles, and case studies 

  • Work closely with the TLSE founder on executing the TLSE strategy 

 

 

The position

4 days per week will consider full time

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating  digital content across our brand and the brands we manage

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in many social media platforms

  • Fluency in Google Drive

Bonus 

  • Digital Ads management
